That dl is a tar of a tar.
You'll need to extract it then add the suffix then extract again to get the 4 wsz versions inside.
Pain in the bum, really...

Thanks Jafo - at least I dont feel so dumb now - but not sure how to extract it when it s blank - but i know it download 600 or 800 kbs.

There's way more than just one compression/archive format than 'zip'. Every man and his dog with [or without] half a brain has formulated his own version....just to make life complicated....

the one at WC is for just the almond version - there are 4 more colours and I wanted one of those for a retro thing im working on. Those are at another site and those are the TAR file i cant open.

I know - usually its either zip or rar compression..I cant open rar either but usually i just mail them to buzzh58 and he opens and sends back so its open already. But his puter is still out of commision and im out of luck..guess ill have to live with the other 9 billion winamp skins i have - ( who am I kidding - i'll just use foobar )

I'm not talking about the WC download. There is a ZIP avaiable on this page

I don't know what formats WinZip can handle, but there are several free apps available that can handle pretty much all the compression formats. ZipCentral, IZArc, ZipGenius, to name a few....

thanks - ill look into those - i never needed anything but winzip before but i notice the rar is coming up more and more these days.

Thanks - he must of added that since last night - thats the same page I downloaded from...maybe others couldnt open the file either ...im glad you replied again cos i doubt i would have gone back there a 4th time.
