...of the old skinners are still around?
I don't have as much time as I'd like to have to devote to skinning anymore. But still, every so often I browse the boards and see what's going on. I'm noticing that there are fewer and fewer of the people I "grew up" with when I was still skinning. I was just wondering how many of you guys are still around?

Inane (and irrelevant) comments are, for the most part, why a lot of skinners left. I have been in contact with most of them and that is usually their first reason. Ergo, your "contributions" are actually hurting the community.
That being said, there are still some of the best still here and still going strong. And it isn't being said enough: Thank you. We really appreciate it.

Long time no 'see'...
After the squillion years we've been skinning now there's been some 'moving on' amongst the ranks, particularly if you're looking back to skinz.org days.
We need a better brand of superglue to keep them all around still...

but recently something hit me ..when someone comment somewhere else about my jaluran skin stating too 90's look....I wonder what is the current look? Vista look? Dont people think that there is too many vista look skin around? Maybe we old designer too old to design anymore...??

BX, Nice to see you around. Probably won't be updating anything. I barely remember how to open up photoshop it's been so long.
basj... anytime there is talk of a new OS there's OS wannabe skins... then come the OS clones. Remember all the ME and XP skins? lol. And about being too old to skin... nah.. never happens. They're all just too young to appreciate our more mature style. *w*
WOM-keep on waiting! and waiting and waiting and waiting. If I can't hardly remember how to use PS there's no way I can learn all the new stuff for WB.
