memory errors

hello
i am using XP with service pack 2. recently i downloaded the windows blind fron download.com. these errors came with imapi.exe, notepad.exe & the spme other exes as well. The error is
The instruction at "0x77dd778e" referrenced memory at "0x77dd778e". The memory could not be written. Click Ok to terminate the program"
if i uninstall the windows blind then these errors do not come up.
please tell me why these error comes with WindowBlinds 5.01 [3/21/06]
