Mystery Toolbar icons

Does anyone know what WB skin these toolbar icons belong to? or where I can get them? I've looked through nearly every WB skin I have and they aren't to be found!! 
They are displayed in the "Toolbars" section of WindowBlinds configuration window and the few WB skins that don't have toolbar icons use them. So, they are there somewhere.
