how do i put on my downloaded logons i have starlock central and theme
manager , but i cant use my downloaded log ons do i need logong studio or somthing ???

Follow Po's link and download LogonStudio.
Once it's installed, go to the logon file you downloaded and either double click it OR right click it and choose open with, then find LogonStudio if it's not in the list.
