im having trouble with my design, ive altered the shutdown dialog and when i apply the skin through the Tools/WindowBlinds/Apply the Skin it isnt showing the changes to the shutdown dialog

No, ive changed the whole thing shutdown and logoff and neither has taken affect when applying the theme, also my start menu button will not work as well, also i went into another theme, one as of ive downloaded here and altered that one and the changes took effect, but the one ive started will not take for some reason
