Tiger 2 doesn't include any icons. You have to ask the author which ones he was using in his screenshot, or search the IconPackager library yourself.
It looks like he's using the Minium set: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=1500&LibID=2

WindowBlinds skins almost never include icons anymore. Even if they did, you need to install IconPackager for them to work. Your best bet is to install IconPackager and then find a nice icon package that you like. https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
