SS ? for any Mod's

I have tried to upload a screenshot twice now to no success. I keep getting the "you have not met the guideines message." I have loaded SS before and did not change how I loaded this time from the previous. In the last rejection message, it stated "There is no pics." I was just wandering why it was rejected. I do not mind if it is not of quality, I would just like to know in detail why it is rejected. Thanks!

Just uploaded 2 docks sets that are not showing in the library...even though they are showing in my list of docks. If anyone can fix this it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Update: Ok...they are there...then they were gone...now they are back...
