Cascade, Tile for Object Desktop

I attempted to search the forum, but found no answer for this, so if it has been answered, please send a link...
I love this program and have purchased the full version. The one thing I can't figure out is with the Windows Taskbar when you had many windows of the same program open, for example 5 IE windows, you could right click on the windows and select CASCADE or TILE vertically or horizontally. This I use all the time, it is one of my crutches with the work that I do, like Tiling two Explore Windows to organize my Hard drive folders.
With ObjectDock, there is only Activate, Minimize and Close group. Is there any way to put this option on the selections? am I missing something? I would like to permanently hide my Windows Taskbar, but I have to keep it on, just for this...
