Interesting Problem with WindowBlinds

Running WB 5.0.6 and I've came accross this strange issue where after awhile, and it doesn't matter what skin I use, but after awhile windows seem to loose their context, and what I mean by that is. The window is visible, but when you go to click on a part of the window, you get what is ever underneath it. but yet you can still see the window updating etc.
For example, have Windows Explorer Maximized on my desktop, but yet go to click on a file, and end up hilighting a icon on my desktop
If I change the skin from within WB then everything works fine again, but I find this to be rather annoying, anyone having the same issue and or know a fix for this problem.
