Start Bar (With Quicklaunch, Taskbar, and "Start" Dialogue autominimizes...
I have de-seletected the autominimize box in properties.... read on...

But when I open programs, or folders, within XP, my systemm vanishes my Start Bar. When I go back to the desktop, the bar is visible wether or not the mouse is over it. I must say. I am a bit confused.
