Feature Request for Multiple Monitors

I don't know how best to submit a feature request but if anyone here knows, please share.
The request I would like to make is an additional option for the "Show Running Tasks on the Dock" to only display those tasks that are running on the same monitor as the dock. This way, you could have a dock running on each monitor only showing the tasks on that monitor. I can't imagine this would be hard to do.
