Shortcut to My Network Places?

How do you make a shortcut to My Network Places? If you use C:\documents and settings\user\nethood\ you don't get the folder tasks normally associated with My Network Places for adding a new network place, viewing network connections, etc.

I opened My Network Places in Windows Explorer and then dragged it to my dock (OD+). The "real" link is ::{208D2C60-3AEA-1069-A2D7-08002B30309D}

Modify the dock object to show as a menu. All done!
