Cannot change skin color in full version

Sunday, May 28, 2006 by anifinity | Discussion: WindowBlinds

When I attempt to change the skin color of various skins it doesn't work. I make sure that the force settings boxes are selected but when I click apply nothing happens. I can change the brightness but not the color itself. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Here is a screenshot of my settings:

you can't change the colour of skins that are mostly black try downloading the blue version of neOS and it should work for you

Which is why Skin Studio comes in handy for those hard to be "forced color" skins. Sometimes you just gray scale them in Skin Studio - save it - bring it back in then play with the colors. I hardly ever use forced color ..mainly because it doesnt color the " Right Click " Menu program...skin studio does.

I ought to point out that forced colour not impacting RightClick is not a bug in forced colour.

I wasnt implying that it was a bug...because the forced colour does in fact color your normal " Right click " menu's but not the " Right Click Menu Program " which i use all the time. So I assume its a flaw in the " Right Click Menu program ".

Which is why I learned to skin my own Right Click Menu's - But sometimes just as easy to recolour the whole blind in skin studio - although I always used Forced Coloring before " Right Click Proggie " came along.
