HELP! Update issue!

Today, I was planning to update my HALO wb, but when I upload the theme and new screenshot, I found that the new image does not correctly replace the formmer, the old shot is still there. 
What should I do?

For the secend time, I renamed it, but it seems to be the same, hope when it can change after proved.

The skin got featured, and sure, even the old one was good enough for that! 
Skin and screenshot are still not updated, even though I know you have tried, JJ. Maybe one of the moderators here could fix that, so I'll bring this thread back on top and maybe get some attention to it.

Be nice if they fixed it... Wanting it and not being able to get it really sucks

Are the files named the same, or did you rename the new screenshot?
