Horizontal task pane

I like the task pane styles that are horizontal (they are across the window instead of down the side). I was wondering if someone had an idea what blinds have this style. I have found visual pad, only I have problems with some of the coloring. I have tried searching and cannot come up with any others, but I know they are out there.
