Can someone make a zombie cursor?

I searched smthn like this...but did'nt find anything. So can someone make a zombie cursor? Just like cursor "Hand" but in zombie style.

there's a skeleton hand somewhere in there, but I can't find it.

CursorXP, or a .cur or .ani cursor?
