Shortcuts losing their "working" directory information???

I'm using OD and loving it, however a few applications are not liking it at all. I'm using a tabbed OD on the bottom of my screen to launch programs, however when I install a new shortcut for example and browse to locate the exe it will screw up some of the other shortcuts.
For example running a shortcut for folding@home, entropia universe & AutoGK will screw up when I install a new shortcut for something else.
The only way to fix the problem is to go to "Dock Entry Properties", copy the .exe shortcut path and then browse for it (paste just to be lazy)
It's getting extremely annoying and I'm unsure of whether Stardock are aware of this bug.
