Menu/info panel flickers in WMP10

Didn't get any love in the "general" forum, so I thought I'd try here...
Hello! First post here from a new user:
I'm using the Arrow theme, and am getting annoying flickering in any part of a menu background or info panel that overlaps the visualization window of WMP10 (parts outside the visualization window don't flicker). The flickering portions are almost unreadable. I can avoid this problem by configuring WindowBlinds to not skin menu backgrounds, but then I lose the beautiful menu background transparency effect of the Arrow theme! Any other ways to avoid this problem? This occurs regardless of the visualization I've chosen.
Strangely, things worked fine ONCE. I was able to see the visualization through the dropdown menus and media info panels without the flickering. But when I closed WMP and reopened it, the flicker was back.
