how do you change the computer icons,to the ones that come with the windowblinds you downloaded

If you want to change a large number of the system icons (drives, folders, start menu icons, etc.) then you would be best served using IconPackager.
You can download a shareware version (I believe it is now a 60 day free trial) by going to the Software tab and following the links to download IconPackager.

You can keep any icons downloaded, but you won't be able to use the IconPackager theme file. You can still use any ".icl" or ".ico" file to use to modify icons with the built in Windows XP applet, but there are many icons you will not be able to change without IconPackager (or another third party icon utility).

Yes, with limitations.
For instance, if you download Icon Packages, you will not be able to use them after the trial ends unless you purchase Icon Packager.
If you download individual icons or, icon sets that are not specifically in the IP format, you will be able to use them outside of the Icon Packager program. It's no where near as easy as it is with Icon Packager though. You won't be able to change many system icons without it either.
If you purchase Object Desktop, you will get Icon Packager with it. It will ALWAYS work, (meaning it is not a subscription), and you will ALWAYS be able to use icons packaged for IP as well as a large number of other programs.

If you are able , buy object desktop as it is cheaper than buying wb and ip by themselves ,plus you get all you need to create your own as well as a years subs etc

the one's that don't have icons still have icons in the shot because it looks better
