Need help with cursors

how do i put the xp cursors on my computer i downloaded what i wanted and cant figure out how to get them to work

Once you have that installed simply double clicking on the cursor file you downloaded will install the cursor.
You can also access CursorXP via your mouse settings in Control Panel or Stardock > CursorXP on your programs list.
