2.] go to programs & open 'Paint'

Then go upload the screen shot to the screen shot gallery.
You would use " image shack " if you wanted to upload an image right here to the forum.

Now open up any graphics editing program such as Irfanview, PSP, Photoshop, Paint, etc. Press Ctrl+V. This will paste what your screen looked like when you pressed "Print Screen".
Now just save the image in .jpg, or .png format and upload it to a host (Photobucket, imageshack, etc.).
Can you take it from there?
In short:
1. Assemble your screen how you want it.
2. Press print screen key.
3. Open up any graphics editor.
4. Press Ctrl+V.
5. Save and upload.
6. Post.
