Common Tasks not skinned
That left-hand side bar for common tasks is not skinning

I've had this problem for a bit over a week and have tried just about everything that I can think of. The common tasks bar in explorer (the new XP folder style with those options on the left, y'know what I'm talking about?) is having a few problems with the skins for Windowblinds. It skins perfectly when windowblinds first starts up with the computer, not a problem there. But once the computer has been running for a few minutes and using explorer here and there, the common tasks bar reverts to the windows default skin, which is blue. I've tried many different skins and have tried uninstalling Windowblinds a few times as well, but nothing seems to help but a complete reboot of my system. I tried to figure out what program might be causing this, but nothing has come to mind, and all important programs are being excluded from being skinned. Nothing else is affected except for the common tasks bar. Weird.
System Specs:
Windows XP SP 2
Windowblinds 5.01 latest build
Latest drivers for video card (could this have affected it? I have a GeForce 5200 Go card)
512 mb RAM
Anything else is pretty good...this is my only problem.
Any help is appreciated!

i have issue with window blinds where the folder tasks dont even appear any more after i load the skin, it is like they are turned off.
