Cannot use 64-bit programs in Dock

I'm having trouble with OD where I attempt to add links to apps in C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Program Files (for example, Terminal Services Client) the link is added (and appears to point to the same program as is shown in Start Menu) and the link when clicked returns the message "Windows cannot find..."
I imagine this is something to do with File System Redirection (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/win64/win64/file_system_redirector.asp) and am curious as to whether Stardock intends to work around this particular issue?
