Maybe it's intentional for it to be covered when the Start Menu is open (as opposed to the button obscuring items on the bottom of the Start Menu)

Or maybe Always On Top has to be selected.

I don't have that skin, so I'm just throwing out a couple of thoughts...

Arrow - came with WB didn't it?

Always On Top has to be selected.

hmmm... took mine off of always on top and got that covered effect.
put it back on top and works again.

took it back from on top, got the effect..but dragging the bar all the way down, then back up and the effect is gone.

put it back on top cuz.... that's where I like it.

This came up months ago. Some others and I had the same thing happening. No response except for this shouldn't be happening. Sent in screen shots to show that it was. Didn't hear anymore about it but when I tried the skin again after a couple of WB updates the effect was gone. I assumed that one of the updates had fixed it. Odd that it has shown up again. Still works right for me.
