Process Explorer is like task manager on steroids.

I highly recommend this app. I had a server at work (a domain controller, at that) that I needed to kill a service on to restart a locked up backup device.
It was the middle of the workday, and shutting down the server was not really an option, so I tried Process Explorer, and it let me shut down and restart the necessary services.
Additionally, the guy who wrote this is the same guy who developed the Rootkit Revealer that uncovered Sony's DRM rootkit.
