Hey, the Easter Bunny's Getting Sued
now I've heard it all.....lol

Berlin - A German man is suing the Easter Bunny for grievous bodily harm.
Karl-Friedrich Lentze, from Berlin, has filed a complaint with prosecutors, accusing the Easter Bunny of causing addiction to chocolate which contributes to heart attacks, obesity and strokes.
According to Lentze, "The Easter Bunny is a sadistic and unscrupulous offender who preys on people's sweet tooth.
"Find this evil bunny, handcuff his paws and remove him from shops in time for Easter."
Christian Avenarius, a public prosecutor spokesperson, said: "We will act upon the complaint with speed and diligence."
Okay then....if that's the case, I'm gonna sue Bugs Bunny. Since he made them more popular, carrots have more than doubled in price at the supermarket

It's amazing what people will try to sue over these days. Makes you wonder about the intelligence of some people! Oh well, pretty funny anyway!
So what are you trying to say....that it's not such a good idea to sue 'Bugs' over the high price of carrots?
Sounds a bit too much like an April Fools-day gag to me.
I thought that at first, but the suit was apparently filed on April 12.....in any event, the guy's a complete nutter.

It is some kind of a joke. Karl-Friedrich Lentze is a German perfomance artist, his aim was to fool the German bureaucracy. Because he has made a correct report to the police, the public prosecutor has to follow it
More power to him.....I love it when people make fools of the bureaucracy by using their own laws against them.

If it's true I call dibs on taking Santa's jolly butt to court,
Too late....already filed a suit against him, on behalf of chimney-sweeps worldwide for lost earnings....his big belly and butt doing too good a job and depriving their families of the milk and cookies other families could afford

I think it's time to sue Santa because he broke in my home and left mess in my living room!
Yeah, yours and millions of others too......how about a worldwide class action, not only for B & E and littering, but also on environmental grounds, for all the forests cut down to make Xmas wrapping paper. That Santa has a lot to answer for....and while we're at it, I'm sure the tooth fairy has a case or two to answer
I'd have thought it was the chickens that sued the easterbunny for stealing their eggs....
Could be.....but Brer Rabbit has been around alot longer, and word has it he's suing the Easter Bunnie's employers for age discrimination, passing him over for a younger rabbit with fewer qualifications and less experience.
Shucks, it's times like these I wish I had taken my parents advice and gone to law school

This thread has left me traumatised. I'm going to sue all of you for the resultant damage to my mental health.
LOL....can you wait until I've graduated law school to represent you? I've always wanted to be asking the prosecution questions.....rather than answering them.
You will be pleased to know, however, that the suit against Cadbury was unsuccessful. Justice I Love-Chockie dismissed it as being discriminatory and Cadbury creme eggs will continue to be distibuted world-wide....with or without the Easter Bunny
