Getting rid of System tray

I am trying to get rid of the system tray without getting rid of the taskbar so I have made an object that is the extension of the bar and i want it to go over the system tray, the only problem i connot get it overtop of it and i tried moving it up to higher Z order and it will not work...Any solutions?

So there is no way to do this with Desktop X unless i wanna build a whole new taskt bar?

As I remember Object Bar will "Clone" any windowblind start menu & taskbar with very little user input. You may have to "remove" the tray. DX would require a whole new taskbar. Object DOCK will work without any taskbar, start menu or tray. That's what I use. I haven't used a taskbar in a very long time.

...ok i just wen with the simple solution and just hid everthing when inactive and used system tray with object dock But now i have a new problem 
and under the tabs where there are sappose to be the plus and minus signs there are question marks...they still act as plus and minus signs and i have the correct files in my folder so...

You can also go to toolbar properties and turn off the clock, then click customize and set all the tray items to always hide.

I've hear a few solutions . . just none you like so far.
