I need help

Ok. Basicly, I am a total noob with desktopx and theme manager. I dont know anything about it other than i can put skins on my pc. But I couldnt make one to save my life. So yeah. Can someone help me make a skin for Unreal Tournament 2004? Theres a suite on here for zippo, and i really like it. I would like something like that, but with the unreal logo as the start menu icon. I'm probably asking for too much. So if anyone can help me, i would greatly appreciate it.
