Making XP look like Vista problem (styler?)

Okay, this is probably really noobish but....
I want my computer to look like this: Link. Currently everything is going good (have the windowblinds skin, wallpaper, sidebar, and icons). However, I can never get the style (is that the right word?) to work. Ya know, the green bars in the explorer windows. Apparently I am supposed to use styler? I have the program, but the skin never shows the bottom bar

If there is a way to make the explorer window look like that WITHOUT styler, could someone tell me how? Or walk me thru styler
