Hi, how do i get the weather dock?

im new to this community and just recently started to use the windowsblind.
this is what im looking for - http://www.reazn.net/pics/xadium-dsktp.jpg - that weather thingy in the corner.
if anyone could help me out with how i get it, please help, much appreciated.
