Help in desktop theme

Sorry to bother you guys but my problem is that I try to download a theme and it appears like for example dragon.dxtheme but I don't know where to put it so it could work. I will appreciate if you answer me soon. Thank you.

Yes thank you, but can you tell me how to install the log on you know when you log off the picture. Well thank you.

log off the picture? no, I don't know.
you need Logon Studio intalled.
check each gallery. except for wallpapers and screenshots you need a program for each gallery to be of use. Each gallery has a description box that includes a purchase link (which will also take you to trial links or free version links)
or you could check out the galleries, note what software the gallery is for, then click the 'software' tab above.
