Dock foregrounds not working properly

I have noticed that none of my docks that use foreground images display correctly. I have tried changing the settings to no results. Here are some of the ones I made in the past using foreground

Workin on it. 
I "might" have a solution...but I gotta run out to work for a few hours.

Ok..I'm back and working on it. And I forgot to mention that I noticed this some time ago with other docks that use the foreground images. Not sure what would have caused them to go all haywire because I know they all worked at one time.

Man...this things being a real bugger! I get the background looking good...apply the foreground...it all goes to hell. 
Z-Grass is the same way...and that one used to work as well. I wonder if they changed something in the ObjectDock coding. 
Back to the drawing board...this could be awhile.

Hey guys, I was playing with these awhile back, found that at dock size of 99, I think it was, would look right. Any other size did not apply proper. Can not remember if that was with Diafragma's ini settings or if I had changed them.

I just wish that a developer would shed some light into this since foregrounds used to work fine before no matter what the size of the pngs were....

The developers name is Jeff Bargmann...I'm guessing its [email protected] or jbargman. Maybe someone will come along that knows for sure.
But still no headway with this...it just doesn't want to play nice.
I went and tried the other Foreground docks and its the same with all of them.
