Unistalling downloads

Hi, Just wondering how you would delete a download I have that I really dont like now that I applied to my computer. I really want to know how to make sure that you get all the files from everywhere. Is there an easy and sure way of doing this. Thanks in advanced

Possible "things" you might have installed:
-Windowblinds skin
-Icon Package
-DesktopX widget
-Object bar
-ObjectDock
-Cursor set
-Bootskin
Most skins can be reset to the Windows default from within that application. Then go to that applications directory on your hard drive and delete.
