Tabbed dock on side

Is there a way to have a tabbed dock on the side that comes out as a drawer sideways rather than length ways using OD +. I can only make it come out as a strip length ways, which is confusing when you have more than one tab. Would like it to come sideways similar to a drawer from the top or bottom.

Grab an outside corner of the tab and resize . . . you should be good.

Thankyou - I had tried everything but that - didn't realize you could change the shape of the tabbed dock to anything you like,
