accuracy, precision & a sharp pointy tip
A Normal Select pointer not moving or spinning, but motion is good in any other pointers

I created my own cursor that had everything I would want in one: It's blue with sharp edges, a good aim, and more.

Accurate point, decent animations when doing something, but not all the time, not too big and overpowering (as they can sometimes obscure tooltips etc.).
