How can i disable transparency in windowblinds?

Thursday, March 16, 2006 by Gandhi70 | Discussion: WindowBlinds

is there any way to disable skin transparency in the full version of window blinds?

the reason i ask is, i have massiv problem running games that are not running in fullscreen but in windows mode.
when i select a skin with transparency games running in windowed mode slow down to a crawl.
using a skin without transparency (like retro) works as a workaround.

the window blinds shareware version did not allow transparency in skins, so i guess it cannot be that hard to add this feature to the full version.

In windowblinds settings...select System Information....check "never use per pixel borders on a skin". See if that helps.

ok, this did disable transparency but sadly did not fix the problem with the very bad performance in windowed gameplay.

any ideas (except using another skin ) how this can be fixed?

the skin i want to use is arrow
