Aol and Blinds

Ok so i use AOL for internet and everything opens in different windows like the internet stuff buddy lost etc. but anyway....when I apply a skin, when i go to open a new window like this site for example, i wont see it, i have to scroll far down and then I see it. Yes what I wrote is confusing, but thats best way to explain my problem. So can anyone please help me?

Dont use AOL's browser to surf the web, use normal IE or firefox or something other than AOL's IE version..

i dont now Red x, i use aol 9.0 optimized se broadband, no problems here.. did you try to move the scroll bar to the top then sign off then back on...just a thought, strange.

the scroll bar on the right side of the screen when your on aol, make sure you drag it all the way up up to the top..dont just grab the window and drag to the top..
