Conflict with RightClick

Wednesday, March 1, 2006 by Joel Chimoindes | Discussion: ObjectDock

Hi,

I cannot get both RightClick and ObjectDock to work together. It seems that only one can work at any time. I've uninstalled, cleaned and reinstalled in different directories and still the same problem.

Any advice anyone please.

Thanks in advance

I have been using RightClick and ObjectDock together for months without any problem. Are you using ObjectDock Free or ObjectDock Plus? (I'm using Plus)
What happens when you try to run them together?

Same here...

Me too...

Just to confirm that they will work together, all else being equal.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm using both purchased versions, so it's Right Click Enhanced and ObjectDock Plus. They were both working fine until I moved from the free version of Right Click to the purchased version. What happens is that only one can exist at a time, ie- if ObjectDock + was the last thing to be installed then rightclick will not work and vice verca. Rightclick does not load and when Objectdock doesn't work, it gives the error message of ObjectdockPlus is not installed properly. Please reinstall.
As mentioned before, I've installed in seperate directories and the same problem still happens. I suspect i've got a clash in the registry of paths so I'm going to have to go through and remove all settings manually....unless anyone else has any ideas??

Thanks again.
