WB and MSN Messenger 7

Ok, after installing the GT3 theme (Which I love) it has made my MSN Contacts list, MSN chat Box and the text input box turn dark gray.
I could live with it, but it look horrible and is quite annoying to look at. I have tried messing around with the per application options, but its a no-go for me.
Is there anyway I could fix this without altering this lovley new theme im using?

It will be a skin systemwide colour scheme issue I am afraid.
