Skin listing extremely slow in WBConfig WB5

It takes up to 3 minutes to show the skins in wbconfig. Is this normal? I am sure it was much faster with WB4. Also skin loading times are very slow compared to WB4. I have about 45 skins installed in windowblinds. Also the latest build has quit prompting by baloon message to load the skin that was just installed

It sounds like an antivirus app is scanning every access to the skins which is excessive.
Either that or something on your PC is using lots of CPU time.

Please post system info from WB config. It's a start.
