BootSkin Plus in Beta for ODNT Subscribers ?

In SDC I noticed a BootSkin Plus download link in the ODNT section. 
I'm running now with no issues, although since no one else has posted this, have I gotten it in error?

Make everyone who wants to download it sign (or otherwise electronically validate!) a disclaimer?

How about anyone who mnaged to download BS+ submit a whole bunch of BS+ skins and pressure SD to release it?

Post them so we can see them. Just make sure you mention that they are BS+.

Make normal BS versions of them also, and include both in the zip, mentioning that there is BS+ version there also.

The 'harm' is that someone inadvertently obtained it at a time it was not intended...and then makes it 'public' which does nothing more than disappoint those who did NOT 'obtain' it.
If it is not for public release then it is not for public release.
In any form.
