Hi can anyone explain to me how exactly do i implement this theme to my desktop? Ive downloaded it and extracted it to resources but that dont seem to work? Anyone care to explain? thx

im having issues downloading this to my actual desktop i go to open then it takes me to the pop up that says if you like to use the right software from a website or choose from your own and well thats where im stuck
