Nahh Buzzh, it's a case of 'HOW MUCH' you know. In my case I know enough to have reach the level of Journeyman which means my work doesnt get moderated.
Now if you cared to look closely, this wallpaper is part of a skin theme not a stand alone design. So if you have any complains in regards to why other "good" wallpapers get rejected on this site please email the site's admins, I'm sure they can answer you those questions for you.

Thank you all for the comments. It's a very simple theme, so I kept the wallpaper in the same level
Yes JD, there WAS a duplicate (actually the original upload) but I d-e-l-e-t-e-d it by mistake so I had to re-upload.

LOL I agree with you S.I. but all of the wallpapers that I make for themes are rather simple and mostly plain. They are intended to complement the skin and not as a stand alone design like my other walls
