Given for the outstanding superb effort. One other problem that most of the skinners make in in IE 8 the Menu bar text is white against the default very light blue of MSIE 8 you can figure out what the menu item is by hovering over it. This a common mistake for most skins I have seen

I'd not use this skin in everyday work, but there's no question that it's truly magnificent work. When it comes to metal themes, this one is easily the best I've ever seen.

I got Windows7 along with IE8 and darkened the text.
I beg to differ it is not in the current download if you have darkened the Menu bar text. I have downloaded it twice and the menu bar test is still a very light white or very light gray against the default light blue of Internet explorer 8 Just like it looks in the above quote not very readable

Your welcome I appreciate the work. I was wondering if you could answer a question using WB and the change skins colours, is it possible to change this text colour and if so what setting. I modify the colours somewhat using this but there are settings in their I do not know what they mean.

Xiandi Is this the way the right click context menu is supposed to look in Windows 7 the active item hidden until you do a mouse over or as high light. I re-colored the Grey text to the light red you see.

I have the disabled text set to dark, and the active text to grey. I cant tell where you are clicking to get a menu that looks like that, but I dont see my rightclick menus like that...and that brownish edge is not in the blind anywhere. Try this.....switch to another blind, and delete the one you have. Then download again and see if that changes. Sometimes when you update a blind without deleting the first one, things can get messed up.

The Gold comes from creating my own texture and applying it to start menu using WB , The red comes from using WB 7 and changing the gray text. I found the problem I had to set Menu Text to white every thing seems to appear OK I am not a skinner, I do however modify colours of skin using WB7 and change system colours to what my eye likes at the moment see image 
It is not your skin causing the problem it was between my ears. I do not fully understand some of the terms in the changing system colours. Most are very self explanatory but some are not so I only change colours on Items I think I understand. This time however I ended up changing the Menu test to black and that was causing the problem. Sorry if this caused you any consternation.

No problem. One if the big problems with dark skins is that there always seems to be text issues somewhere, because if you change a color somewhere, it changes in other places and you have to compensate for it in that other area. It can be a skinning nightmare sometimes, lol.
