Touchdown!!!!!!!...One small problem though...When using fox secondary pages script vanishes...i.e. msn tv guide. Other than that, this is a keeper!

Super job Cyndie! A couple of recommendations in the XP sub-style though, hope you don't mind. I would set your start menu programs list top margin to 5, it makes the highlight easier to see. Also, your places list text margins are a bit off, if a user has a lot of icons. some of them actually go underneath the bottom panel because you have the bottom text margins set to -40. Try setting your text margins in that area to Top=20, Bottom=60, Left=-3 and Right=12. That totally fixes the problem. Keep 'em coming! Oh, and if you set your Menu Hilight color to the same color as the More Programs background image color on the start panel, it eliminates that big color highlight on mouseover and just your all programs arrow changes. 
One more thing, you might want to change your horizontal taskbar tray image backgro0und text margins to 2 at top and bottom, as when in single taskbar height, the icons do not show up because the margins are too tight.
