I have had a problem with this.
The flashing in start menu froze on the screen. I re installed blind and it was still there.
I rebooted my notebook and still there. Then I went to change blind to different blind and while changing Explorer crashed.
Any Ideas

(Master Apprentice) WeatherBound Are your video card drivers up to date...I don't have any trouble with it at all.been using this windowblind for 5 days Trouble free...

They are up to Date.
I tried to duplicate the problem and all seem OK. I will let you know if it does it again.
I might just of had a gremlin in my notebook.
