Installing this skin requires installing windowblinds on your computer, you can get a functional 30 day trial from this site. Learning how to actually skin, that's a process. I can I started skinning bootskins on this site 2 years ago and it progressed from there. Start with small skin projects, get used to using a graphics editing application and slowly your skills will progress, I think it took me a year before I submitted my first windowblinds skin to this site.
