In the start menue when I expand programs it is all black until I scroll over the items then it turns red with snow flakes. Is this suppose to be? Can not see anythinguntil I scroll over it with mouse.

Sorry to be a nuisance here but I keep getting the same problem when downloading skins. The skin downloads bit it NEVER downloads the wallpaper...grrrrrrrrrrrrrr So frustrating to want the whole package and all I get is the main skin and no wallpaper loads. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong???? I look in the Windowblinds folder and the skin is there to choose but not the wallpaper. This is the same for all the dozens of skins I have downloaded. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks!
