One of the best skins I've seen! Thanks unclerob! The only (positive?) feedback I have is that the outside frames around the windows are a little thick. Maybe it's just my personal preference. Thanks!

thanks Vampiro, I'm glad you like this version also, the blue one is a little more polished & finished than this one but this black version has action buttons that I didn't include in the blue vista basic v3. Black Vista Basic has a few substyles, one of them can be used to turn off the action buttons if you don't like them. thanks again for the great feedback!!
Hi bry27, yes the windowframes are thick, I was in a phase where I liked them to be that thick instead of thin, I switch back & forth on style preferences, it's never constant, but at least someone notices this stuff - that's good! Appreciate the great feedback!!!

The Action buttons (specialy the Rollup and Unroll button) is something I'm using very much and
something I feel should be on every theme as it is very useful and are more quick than do minimize
the Window and yours the only theme I've seen having this Button.
And I'm just lovin it and the whole look just pefect so thank you again friend.
The blue one can be made black by changing the color and that was what I did until I found this
Black version.

working on green vista basic v3 right now that is similar to Blue Vista Basic v3 except for few changes/tweaks. As per your feedback, I'll definitely include these action buttons in a substyle on that one as well. Action buttons were used regularly a few years ago but for some reason people stopped using them, don't know why as they can be very useful - I have rec'd feedback from people who say they don't like them so I stopped including them for a while - glad to hear from someone who does like them! (I like them too, the wc wb gallery shortcut is my favorite!) �

Sorry for my late reply but my Hard Drive went bye bye and I had to get a new one and then set
stuff back up with the help of a few friends.
Anyhow...
This sound great and I'm looking forward to see the new tweaks.
must say that it sound weird to me why people would not like the extra feauture to the browser
and again the special Rollup and Unroll Button as it help me as I work a lot with the Web and at
the same time on my Computer Desk and it is so much faster than the Minimize so I have no Idea
why they would not like it (maybe those people don't work web versus Desk)
And yes that shortcut is not bad either.
Am thinking that maybe a New Black Vista too with those new tweaks could be nice (As I Love Black
Vista) and this is the theme I really fallen for and in my opinion the best theme I've used.

Super skin.
Maybe it's only with me but the Text Colors parameters in the QuickLaunch Button's section of SkinStudio are black (no white, no yellow).

Just forgot to tell you
When using Explorer on right click the text come out wrong in the pop up box
but it do work in Firefox (I'm using WindowBlinds 6 & the newest Explorer version)
Not sure why this happen and if it is your skin or WindowBlinds 6 that make this prob appear in
Explorer but stay OK in Firefox.
Anyway'

Everything looks fabulous, aside from the start button. It is too bright and has a weird blue light on it.

WB6 offers a feature to control the amount of transparency and whether or not to blur the underlying layer. This control applies to Window frames, start panel taskbar and drop down menus.
I personally like the transparency effect (sse screenshot in my profile) and have set my taskbar to be completely transparent with no blur. I have found that some Start Panels do not work well with transparency set to high. Experimentation helps to select one that is aesthetically pleasing.
Thanks to all the skinning community for sharing their immense talents. I am very keen to start my own skin, but until the problem with SkinStudio 6 beta is resolved, I'll just have to stick it out!

somethings wrong... i have windows blinds and i download the file... but when i try to load the skin it makes have a windows classic look and i can get any of the other skins either.... help me!! (

thanks for the compliments, the vista globe start button is different from the actual vista start button you find in windows vista - I wanted it to be different, this was the result, I still think it looks good, the desired effect is achieved. I also develop my skins in a 1024x768 resolution environment, so I'm pretty sure if I developed in a hi-res environment my skins might end up a bit sharper, I prefer working from my laptop so that is my limitation �
